Shippit allowed Freedom to automate their fulfilment processes and implement a multi-carrier strategy. Their platform allows Freedom to provide customers with accurate delivery options, track shipments in real-time, and select the most cost-effective or fastest shipping method based on order specifics. This level of automation reduced manual work and ensured smoother operations.

In NZ, Shippit allowed Freedom to leverage more carriers which expanded a previously restrictive parcel profile of needing to be less than two metres, which ruled out a majority of their products. Shippit facilitates tailored fulfilment operations and provides the flexibility for how Freedom fulfils orders.
