The competition is open to residents of Australia, aged 18 years or over. Employees of Shippit, affiliates or other parties in any way involved in the development, production, or distribution of this competition, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each such employee and/or authors, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
The process for entering the competition is stated below:
– Entrants must fill out the feedback survey before 26 May to be eligible to enter the competition.
– Only one entry will be accepted per business. Multiple entries from the same business/email address will be disqualified.
– The feedback that is the most actionable and insightful will win the prize.
Closing date for entry will be 17:00 AEDST 26 May, 2023. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
Shippit accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach Shippit by the relevant closing date for any reason. Entries via agents or third parties are invalid.
No responsibility will be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in unforeseen circumstances or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
The main prize winner will receive 1x Celestron Starsense Explorer Dx 5inch sct Telescope, valued at $1250.
The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
Winners will be chosen by Shippit at Shippit’s sole discretion.
The winner will be notified by email within 1 week of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The promoter will notify the winner when and how the prize can be collected. The winner must claim their prize within 24 hours.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of New South Wales and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name, image and competition entry in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used in accordance with Shippit’s Privacy Policy. By entering this competition, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by Shippit for the purposes of the administration of this competition
Entry into the competition will be deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
